Pawpaw I don't know what to say I love and miss you so much!! It's been years since we actually talked but I never went a day without loving you. If I could go back and change things I would but I can't. I would give my kife to be able to see your handsome face and hear your voice onw more time. Pawpaw you was the best man I've ever known. It's not the same without you pawpaw. I know I'll see you again but until then it's going to be hard!!!! I love you pawpaw Kayla mayla

I find myself here every single day, I feel like I can talk to you. I don't want to see this thread go away, I know it will be another heartbreak I have to feel. I miss you so much, I go visit you at your new home at least twice a day, mornings are refreshing and the evenings are surreal. The boys and I took you a some gifts for your grave today, we hope you enjoy them. Pawpaw, I love you so much! I never knew how much loosing you would hurt, I knew it would be bad, but this is complete pain like no other. I know the morning of 4/27 when you took your last breath at 9am that you were at peace. It was a sad day and is still sad but you left us so peacefully!Thanks again for memories and love! Until we meet angel, fly high angel!

Frances, I have not lived in Winnsboro for quite some time but remember you and Vernon (Tommy as we called him) from growing up and afterwards before I moved away. You were always so kind and sweet when I would see you. Vernon was a third cousin of mine on his Mother's side and we are the same age. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Missing you so much today and I know I will forever! I can't begin to thank you enough for your love, patience, teaching and protection. You are one of the biggest reasons I am who I am today! Your guidance was remarkable, and you always told me "Anything worth having is hard to get"! Boy have I learned over the years how true those famous words are, I can hear you saying them to me right now. Another famous quote I remember you telling me " You have to lay in the bed you make." That's true too! I could write about book about our life, but I'm going to end with I Love you, this is not goodbye...... until we meet again my sweet pawpaw........
