Sarah Fowler Cook

Sarah Fowler Cook, 90, of Winnsboro passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022.  Born in Union, she was the daughter of the late Dewey D. and Pearl I. Gregory Fowler. 

She is survived by two sons, Dean Branham (Angie) and Stephen Branham (June); daughter, Marsha Branham Team; four grandchildren, Stephanie Branham, Ryan Team (Kelly), Cody Branham, and Kyle Branham; and one grant grandson, Parker James Team. 

In addition to her parents and husband, Owens Edward Cook, Sarah is predeceased by two brothers, James Norris Fowler and Roger “Top” Fowler. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday evening, October 20, 2022, from 6-8 PM at Pope Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Friday, October 21, 2022, at Gordon Memorial United Methodist Church conducted by Reverend Kem Thomas.  Burial will follow in Fairfield Memorial Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sarah’s memory to Gordon Memorial United Methodist Church, PO Box 115, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
