Sandra Kelly Proctor

Sandra Kelly Proctor, 70, of Winnsboro passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022.  Born in Winnsboro, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Ally Mae Boulware Kelly. 

She is survived by her son, Larry Michael Proctor, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents and husband, Larry Eugene Proctor, Sandra is predeceased by her daughter, Melinda Ann Proctor, and sister, Diane Murphy. 

A graveside service will be held at 3 o’clock PM Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Oaklawn Cemetery in Winnsboro.  Pallbearers for the service will be Wesley Jones, Winston Stone, David Douglas, Greg Murphy, James Murphy, and Jarod Murphy.  The family will receive friends after the service by the graveside.
