Palmer Boulware Obituary
Palmer Davis Boulware, 100, of Winnsboro passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2020. Born in Winnsboro, he was the son of the late William D. and Mary Timms Boulware.
Mr. Boulware was a WWII Veteran of the United States Army serving in campaigns in Algeria-French Morocco, Tunisia, Sicily, and Normandy. He was a longtime member and Deacon of Fairfield Baptist Church.
He is survived by two nephews, Allen Boulware and William Frasher; two nieces, Connie Wachsmuth and Faith Risher; and many cousins.
In addition to his parents, Palmer is predeceased by two brothers, Melvine and William Boulware: and one sister, Ellen Louise Frasher.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Fairfield Baptist Church conducted by Reverend Sonny Ariail. Social distancing will be implemented, and masks are encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Fairfield Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 2076 State Highway 213, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
