Joseph Perez Obituary
Joseph Scott Perez, 53, of Winnsboro passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Joseph Jerome and Hellen Wilson Perez.
He is survived by his son, Haze Perez; daughter, Maggie Perez; brother, Michael Perez; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, Scott is predeceased by a sister, Sharon Perez Cail.
Funeral services will he held at 3 o’clock PM Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Stephen Greene Baptist Church conducted by Reverend Ethan Brown. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends after the committal by the graveside.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Scott’s memory to Stephen Greene Baptist Church, 500 Seventh Street, Winnsboro, SC 29180, or St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
