Frank Pharris Speagle

Frank “Perry” Speagle, 65, of Winnsboro passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020.  Born in Concord, NC, he was the son of the late Frank and Beulah Leigh Speagle. 

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jody H. Speagle; son, Kyle Perry Speagle; brother, Jamie Speagle; and sister, Starr Connor. 

In addition to his parents, Perry is predeceased by one brother, Dennis Speagle; and two sisters, Deborah Speagle and Dennie Marthers.

A graveside memorial will be held at 11 o’clock AM Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Royal Pines Cemetery.  The family will receive friends after the service by the graveside.  Social distancing guidelines will be implemented, and masks are required.  Due to the threat of heavy rain, services have been moved to Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene, 650 Ninth Street, Winnsboro.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials may to made to the American Cancer Society,  200 Center Point Cir Ste 100, Columbia, SC 29210.
