Erma Mae Goldman Aragon, 90, of Winnsboro passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 20, 2020. Born in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late Dempsey E Lee and Della Hickman Goldman.
She is survived by her three sons, Bennie Aragon (Mia), Dempsey Aragon (Joyce), and Bonnie Aragon (Debbie); three daughters, Madeline Jackson, Melissa Aragon, and Marie Loner; sister, Ernestine Hewitt (Lamar); 21 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and 29 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Bernardino Aragon, Erma is predeceased by daughter, Irene Howard; three sisters, Minnie Collins, Jeanette Windham, and Stella Gibson; and brother, Roland Goldman.
Graveside services will be held at 1 o’clock p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Fairfield Memorial Cemetery, Smallstown Road, Winnsboro. The family will receive friends after the service by the graveside. Social distancing will be implemented, and masks are required. Public viewing will be held on Friday, September 25, 2020 from 11 - 4 o'clock p.m. at Pope Funeral Home. Five people are welcome at a time and masks are required.
