Donald Eugene Vance, 87, of Winnsboro, SC, formally of Vance Fork, KY,  passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019.  Born in Wayland, KY, he was the son of the late Lee H. and Beulah Saylers Vance. 

He is survived by his wife Charlotte Harper Vance; two sons, Blitzer Lee Vance (Arlene) and Carl Derick Vance (Jackie); daughter, Bridget Ann Bell (Anthony); two brothers, Calvin Vance and Randall Vance; sister, Dimple Lee Spencer; Nine of his loving grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by; sister Naomi, three brothers, Hershel, Waldo, an Melvin Vance.

Donald was loved and cherished by all, he served his family, Military (Airforce), community, and church with a full heart. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting with his brothers and sons. He was blessed by God in his lifetime, and now, have been accepted into the loving arms of Jesus.

Graveside services will be held at 11 o’clock AM Monday, April 22, 2019 at Fairfield Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends after the service by the graveside.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Corner Stone Church of GOD.
