David Gaddy, Sr. Obituary
David Lee “Butch” Gaddy, Sr., 76, of Winnsboro passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020. Born in Rockingham, NC, he was the son of the late James M. Gaddy and Gattis Nance Gaddy.
He is survived by his wife, Merry C. Gaddy; son, David Lee Gaddy, Jr.; four brothers, Charles R. Gaddy (Daisy), Ricky Joe Gaddy (Kay), Gregory L. Gaddy, and James M. Gaddy; three sisters, Margie Humphries, Jimmie Sue Luft, and Ann Johnson (Billy); and many nieces and nephews.
In addition is his parents, Butch is predeceased by two sisters, Joyce Rainey and Norma Bradwell; and daughter, Karen Gaddy.
A private committal service will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery conducted by Rev. Dewitt Atkerson. Public viewing hours will be held from 9:00 Am to 1:00 PM Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Pope Funeral Home.
