Carol Frazee Riggs

Carol Frazee Riggs, 79, of Blythewood passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023.  Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Roland Caroll and Helen Sharpe Frazee. 

She is survived by her husband, Theodore Allen Riggs, Sr.; two sons, Theodore Allen Riggs, Jr. and Steven Franklin Riggs (Bettine); daughter, Lottie Lorene Riggs; and one brother; seven sisters; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. 

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 Am Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at North Point Community Church, 132 Beckett Lane, Columbia, SC 29223.  A private committal will follow at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
