Bennie Lee Cannady

Bennie Lee Cannady, 88, of Ridgeway passed away on Monday, January 2, 2022.  Born in Fountain Inn, SC, he was the son of the late Willie and Annie Spelts Cannady. 

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Margaret Crumpton Cannady; sons, Jimmy Lee Sees, Jr., Tommy Earl Sees, and Roger Cannady; eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. 

In addition is his parents and siblings, Bennie is predeceased by two sons, Michael Cannady and Bennie Ray Cannady. 

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2 o’clock PM Friday, January 7, 2022, at Longtown Presbyterian Church Cemetery.  For everyone’s safety, social distancing will be implemented, and masks are required. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Longtown Presbyterian Church, 8010 Longtown Road, Ridgeway, SC 29130 or to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
