Annie Ruth Medlin Richardson

Annie Medlin Richardson, 94, of Ridgeway, SC passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023. Born in Ridgeway, she was the daughter of the late William R. and Mary Belle Dinkins Medlin. 

She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Coy Peter Richardson; son, Clifford Bailey (Kriss); grandchildren, Amber Dickerson (Martin), David Tolar (Melanie), Kalee Tolar, and Jessika Lawless; great grandchildren, Sophie Rettell, James Dickerson,

Bailey-Maebh Dickerson, Ayden Tolar, Annsley Tolar, Kawae Hurd, Kaeo Hurd, and Kaimana Santos; nieces, Mary Carolyn Them, Karen Lovette, Brenda Reynolds, Barbara Lake, Sandy Gates, Kay Desrosiers, Judy Haley, Esther Humphries, Nancy Brison; nephews, Daniel Medlin, Wayne Medlin, William Medlin, Joseph Medlin, James Medlin, Michael Medlin; and many loving grand and great grand nieces and nephews.   

In addition to her parents, Annie is predeceased by three brothers, Charles, Daniel, and William Medlin; and three sisters, Gertrude Freeman, Lucille Medlin, and Lois Lake, nephews, Tony Jennings, and Billy Joe Medlin; and niece, Peggy Reynolds. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 12, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with burial to follow in Centerville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the Relief Society Room. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made in Annie’s memory to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
