We are very sadden on learning of Mr. Melton's passing. We appreciate the businesses he established here in Winnsboro for our conveniences. He was an outstanding person.
Though we lose our loved ones in death, the Scriptures give us hope of seeing them again. The hope of the resurrection back to a peaceful earth by means of Jesus Christ is a sure promise. (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:11, 29) In the meantime, may you be comforted by fond memories of Mr. Melton, by kind deeds and thoughts of others, and by comfort from the Scriptures.

You all are in our hearts and prayers. Billy was a life-long friend, always a source of comfort and support to me and my family through the best of times and the worst of times through out life. "To Live In Hearts We Leave Behind Is Not To Die" a quote that has helped me many times and applies to Billy too. Billy will live on in my heart and many other hearts. We all need to hold on to the many good memories we have of Billy and his time with us. God Bless you all.

While it is indeed sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear . . . , it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will continue to reflect on seemingly small, yet precious memories. This is occurs especially when we experience the loss of someone loved. However, take confidence in knowing that just as you have memories, almighty God remembers too. The difference is, God can and will restore perfect life to those in His memory as explained in the video link. Please accept my condolences during this time of distress.
