Wilburn Thomas "Bill" Langley

Funeral services for Wilburn Thomas “Bill” Langley, 91, of Ridgeway will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, April 22, 2017 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Ridgeway Ward, conducted by Bishop Rob Christiansen.  Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 9:00 to 11:00 am in the Relief Society Room.  

Mr. Langley passed on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.  Born in Kershaw County, he was the son of the late Whiteford and Rose Garrison Langley. 

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Polly Branham Langley; three sons, Carlos (Sharon) Langley, Talley (Janet) Langley, and Tim (Sherri) Langley; two daughters, Rose Mitchell and Denise (Wendell) Newhouse; one sister, Kitty Jenkins; thirteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. 

In addition to his parents, Bill is predeceased by his son-in-law, Bruce Mitchell. 

Memorials may be made in Bill’s memory to the SC Cancer Alliance, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Columbia, SC 29204 or to the SC Disabled Veterans Fund, 6437 Garners Ferry Road, Suite 1129, Columbia, SC 29209.
