Tosha Marie Sims

Mrs. Tosha Marie Truesdale Sims, 41, of Winnsboro passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017.  Born in Columbia, Tosha was the daughter of the late Michael Eric and Phillis Bass Truesdale. 

She is survived by her husband, Michael Creighton Sims, Sr., and her mother Mary Alice Yarborough; son, Michael Creighton Sims, Jr. (Brandi); two daughters, Amber Johnson (Andrico) and Breanna Sims; grandmother, Peggy Truesdale, two brothers, Michael Eric Truesdale, Jr. and Kenneth McDonald, Jr.; two sisters, Christina Truesdale and Erica Truesdale; and five grandchildren, Michael Creighton Sims, III, Zah’Veon Jones, Antonio Sims, De’Asia Johnson, and Loyalty Johnson. 

In addition to her parents, Tosha is predeceased by her grandfather, Andrew Roy Truesdale and Uncle, Andrew Charles Truesdale. 

Memorial services for Mrs. Sims will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Pope Funeral Home.
