Ruth Viola Timms

Funeral services for Ruth Viola Timms, 70, of Lexington, SC, will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Fairfield Baptist Church on State Highway 213, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at 2:00 pm, one hour before the service, in the church. 

Mrs. Timms passed away on June 17, 2017 in Mesa, AZ. Born in Oil City, PA, Ruth was the daughter of the late Dwight D. and Sarah Anne Reasor. 

Ruth is survived by her three daughters, Sarah Timms (husband, Yan Zhang); Sherry Timms Ojeda (husband, Juan); and Sonya Timms Harris (husband, Joel); one sister, Bernice Collins (Reasor), (husband, Ellison); one brother, Bernard Reasor (wife, Hideko) and four grandchildren; Brandon Tuckus, Abigail Ojeda, Logan Timms, and Andrew Harris. As well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Ruth is predeceased by her husband, John Patrick Timms, sisters; Janet Arlene Craft, Clara Evelyn Beveridge, and a brother Roland Wayne Reasor.​
