Miss Paula Jeannine Edenfield, daughter of Sam and Patsy Edenfield, was born on January 16, 1966 in Columbia Hospital and resided in Winnsboro, SC. She finished Winnsboro High in 1984 and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, but was a die-hard Clemson fan through and through! She was a member of Washington Street Baptist Church in Winnsboro and loved her family and friends with her whole being.

Jeannine was a lover of life and devoted hard worker that fought for dignity and authenticity in every part of life. Never will you find a more loyal friend! She was grateful for everyone that loved and supported her throughout hard times. You could often find her proudly wearing her favorite color, Purple!

On Saturday, July 8, 2017, God picked His most beautiful purple rose at 3:50pm surrounded by her family and friends. Her beautiful life will forever be celebrated in the lives of her loved ones: her parents, Sam and Patsy Edenfield; loving brothers, Bill (Michelle) and Wes (Jessica) Edenfield; nieces and nephews, Cole, Cooper, Eva and Davis; aunts and uncles, Bonnie Myers, Beth (Danny) Holt, Ira Ed Edenfield and Ricky Short. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ira and Eva Edenfield and Barney and Florence Short.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 6-8pm at Washington Street Baptist Church in Winnsboro, SC and The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 5pm in the evening at Washington Street Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Fairfield Memorial Cemetery. The family requests that those that attend celebrate Jeannine by wearing purple!
