Mary Ann Sims Watts

Mary Ann Sims Watts, 75, of Winnsboro passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018.  Born in Winnsboro, she was the daughter of the late Robert Perry Sims and Sara Knotts Sims. 

She is survived by three sons, Charles Lockey (Icy), Robert Paul Lockey (Denise), and Derek Sims (Stephenie); two daughters, Letha Gulledge-Gunton (Rob), and Edwina Johnson (Russell); two brothers, David Sims (Joann), and CW Sims (Juana); five sisters, Carolyn Smith, Betty Jo Sherman, Pat Smith, Miriam Kraft, and Wendy Haney (Terry); eight grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents and husband, Carl Victor Watts, Mary Ann is predeceased by four siblings, Dale Sims, Billy Sims, Steve Sims, and Judy Sims. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Washington Street Baptist Church conducted by Reverend Allen Thompson. Burial will follow in Fairfield Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the church.
