Margaret Smith Waddell

Mrs. Margaret Smith Wadell, 90, of Reidsville, NC formerly of Winnsboro passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2018. Born in Tattnal County, GA on March 14, 1928, she was the granddaughter of John Millard, O'Kelly Youmans Glisson and James Wesley, Emmie Edna Louise Smith. She was the daughter of Claude Walter and Lilla Glisson Smith.

Margaret attended Pulaski, Hillview, and Cobbtown Schools. She moved to Winnsboro, SC in 1942, attended Mt. Zion Institute graduating in 1946.

Margaret is survived by daughter, Julia Ann O'Bryant, husband Ronald; 2 granddaughters, Melissa O. Cornelius, husband Scott of Greensboro, NC and Tina O. Rorer, husband Jeff of Winterville, NC and 5 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday April 11th at Stephen Greene Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will follow in the church educational hall.
