Fay Ariail Lemmon

Fay Ariail Lemmon, 97, of Winnsboro went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, September 29, 2017.  Born in Parr, she was the daughter of the late Albert Herman and Willie Shealy Ariail. 

Fay loved children, especially her students over the years.  She loved her Lord, her family, and many friends.  She will be remembered for her fun-loving spirit and being a true kid at heart. 

Fay is survived by her sons, William J. Lemmon (Debbie) and Joe H. Lemmon, Jr. (Donna); daughter, Betty Jo Bragg Lemmon (Jim); sister, Betty Ariail Hentz; five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Lebanon Presbyterian Church conducted by Reverend Jim Hope.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 pm in the church fellowship hall. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lebanon Presbyterian Church, 8002 Newberry Road, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
