Fannie Lutz Locklair, 92, of Winnsboro passed away on Friday, January 10, 2020. Born in Winnsboro, she was the daughter of the late William Keziah and Roxie Maryann Branham Rhymer.
She is survived by three daughters, Brenda Melton, Debra McMurray, and Carol Ann Yarborough; four sons, Johnny Ray Wilson, George “Pete” Lutz, Glenn Lutz, and Randy Lutz; fourteen grandchildren; numerous loving great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Fannie is predeceased by her first husband, Archie Wilson, second husband, Fred Lutz, Jr., and third husband, Jack Locklair; son, Reggie “Love” Lutz; granddaughter, Regina Lutz; grandsons, Johnny Ray “Dunk” Wilson, Jr. and William “Will” Wilson; son-in-law, William “Sam” McMurray; three brothers, and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock PM Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene conducted by Pastor Jerry Branham and Reverend Harry Varn. Burial will follow in Royal Pines Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5-7 o’clock PM at Pope Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Fannie’s memory to Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene, Kids Ignite Ministry, 650 Ninth Street, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
