Ernest Bourne Crawford, Jr.

Mr. Ernest B. Crawford, Jr., 86, of Winnsboro passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017. Born on January 22, 1931, he was the son of the late Ernest Bourne and Pauline Turner Crawford, Sr. 

Ernest is survived by two sons, Ernest Milton Crawford and Jerry Dean Crawford (Pam); one daughter, Gwen Crawford Bannister (William); five grandchildren, Shannon (Joe), Justin (Ashley), Jordan, Joshua, and Shelby; and three great grandchildren, Adam, Mary -Anne, and baby Tristan. 

In addition to his parents, Ernest is predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Nell Jolly Crawford.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Salem Presbyterian Church Cemetery conducted by Reverend Richard Hodges.  The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5-7 pm at Pope Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salem Presbyterian Church Cemetery Fund, 276 State Highway 215 N. Blair, SC 29015.
