Eldred Hackle Pearson

Eldred Hackle Pearson, 92, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 26, 2017 at Providence Hospital.  Born in Cobbtown, GA, she was the daughter of the late Owen and Sarah Elizabeth Hackle. 

Surviving are her daughters, Jane Ferguson (David) of Ridgeway, SC and Vicky Beam (D.J) of Lugoff, SC; grandchildren, Ellen F. Broome, David Ferguson, Jr., Jody Beam, Jonathan Beam, Crystal Long, Garret Pearson, Gerry Pearson, Ashley Mattox, Clayton Pearson; great grandchildren, Brenton Broome, Shealy B. Robinson, Joshua Beam, Sumner Beam, Lindsey Long, Michael Bade, Hailey Beam, Kennedy Beam, Paisley Beam, Garrett Pearson, Corey Pearson; four great-great grandchildren and brotherly nephew, Jerry A. Walsh.  

In addition to her parents and husband, Gilbert D. Pearson, she is predeceased by her three sons, Donnie, Gerry, and Byron Pearson; sisters, Tomma Glisson, Myrtle Marthers, Mildred Lewis; brothers, Willie Hackle, Claude Hackle, and Melvin Hackle; and sister and brother-in-law Mary “Lula” and Tommy Walsh, in which she resided from a young girl; plus numerous sweet and dear nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Friday, July 28, 2017 at Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene conducted by Reverend Harry Varn and Reverend Ellen Broome.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the church.
