Doris Smith Branham

Funeral services for Doris Smith Branham, 77, of Winnsboro will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, April 7, 2017 at Washington Street Baptist Church conducted by Reverend Dewitt Atkerson.  Burial will follow in First Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at Washington Street Baptist Church. 

Mrs. Branham passed on Tuesday, April 4, 2017.  Born in Winnsboro, she was the daughter of William and Flona Reynolds Smith.  She was a member of Washington Street Baptist Church. 

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Calvin Branham, Sr.; son, Calvin Branham, Jr.; two daughters, Joann Sims (David) and Denise Lockey (Paul); brother, William Smith, Jr.; sister, Hazel Christenson; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, Doris is predeceased by her brother, Roy Smith.
