Clifford Barfield, Jr. Obituary
Clifford Clarence “Dewey” Barfield, Jr., 70, of Winnsboro passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018. Born in Winnsboro, he was the son of the late Clifford Clarence, Sr. and Christine Reynolds Barfield.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lucy Gunter Barfield; two daughters, Fran Barfield McDonald (Donnie) and Chris Barfield Weed (Jason); four brothers, John Barfield, Kenny Barfield, Jerry Barfield, and Wade Barfield; two sisters, Pattie Pope and Sherry Speagle; seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Cliff is predeceased by a sister, Carolyn Denice Barfield.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene conducted by Reverend Harry Varn. The family will receive friends following the service in the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene, 650 Ninth Street, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
