Tommy Proctor

Tommy Proctor, 76, of Winnsboro passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024.  Born in Fairfield County, he was the son of the late Clarence Odell and Effie Lee Branham Proctor. 

Tommy is survived by the love of his life, Johnette Freeman; daughter, Charlene Robinson; brother, William Proctor; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

In addition to his parents, Tommy is predeceased by eight brothers, Herman, Clarence, Jr., Bobby, Terry, Ray, Jerry, Larry, and Odell Proctor; and three sisters, Nina Atkins, Patricia Wells, and Vickie Truesdale.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, April 19, 2024, at Pope Funeral Home.
