Louis Antonio Gonzalez

Mr. Louis Antonio Gonzalez, 73, of Winnsboro passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018.  Born in New York, he was the son of the late Rose Sanchez Bianco and Louis Manuel Gonzalez. 

Louis is survived by his wife of 51 years, Terrece Still Gonzalez; three sons, Charles Louis Gonzalez (Jennifer), Steven Antony Gonzalez (Carrie), and William Keith Gonzalez (Amy); daughter, Addie Terrece Brower (Charles); two brothers, Richard Altamirano and Charles Bianco; twelve grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. 

Louis served six years in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and retired from the South Carolina Air National Guard after twenty two years of service. He served his community many years as a member of the Fairfield County Fire Service, Fairfield County Rescue Squad, and the South Carolina State Guard Provost Marshal Division.

Private Burial with military honors will be held at 11:00 am Thursday morning at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.  A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00pm Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Sion Presbyterian Church, Winnsboro, SC conducted by Reverend Dr. Rodney Foster. The family will receive friends after the service in the church fellowship hall.
