Loretta Goodwin Perry

Mrs. Loretta Goodwin Perry, 87, of Ridgeway passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017.  Born in Gaston, she was the daughter of the late Henry Charles and Annie Bessie Lee Goodwin. 

She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Lamar Perry and Donald Dean Perry both of Ridgeway; daughter, Sandra P. Hartley (Gary) of Garden City; two sisters, Annette Self of Centerville, and Elaine Davis (William Earl) of West Columbia; seven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents and husband, Alfred Leroy Perry. Loretta is predeceased by five brothers, Kermit, Charles Alton, Jesse, Dempsey, and Lahman Goodwin; and four sisters, Zelma Brewer, Louise Clarkson, Reatta Green and Emily Mattox. 

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Thursday, December 21, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Ridgeway. Burial will follow in Aimwell Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 4-6pm Wednesday, December 20 at Pope Funeral Home and one hour before the service on Thursday in the church.
