When i received the shocking call about your passing, I just could not believe it. A piece of my heart was broken and never to be mended. I will forever cherish our childhood memories and our adult years that we also shared so many wonderful times and created many more memories. Kathy, you had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone, whether it be a family on the side of the road that needed help no questions asked. Your wonderful husband Bill just told me of just one of the stories as you two were at a stop light and a homeless family needed help. As the light turned, all you could do was grab the $50 bill in your wallet, and not only did it help that family, it brought a true true satisfaction of helping others. That is what you were all about whether it be the need of your family or strangers. Now you are Guardian Angels to so many of us left here.... You and I shared our thoughts of finding a penny on the street, and talked about the story of a Penny from Heaven. Well now when I find one, I know you are one of those Guardian Angels smiling down on us and protecting us each and every day. As I write the words, tears are rolling down and I do wish we had more time together, but I do have the cherished memories to put a smile on my face. R.I.P. my dear sweet cousin. Loving, you always!

I love this family more than you can say. I loved Kathy, she was a very sweet and wonderful person. She would do anything to help people. I love you and will miss you so much Kathy. Rest in peace. You will forever be in my heart.

Bill, Mel, Debra..for the last six weeks or so Kathy and I had become very close. We talked almost everyday on the phone. She was so sweet to me and her and Bill had brought me some veggies and other things. We sat in my kitchen one Friday for over two hours just talking about life. I will definitely miss her calls.
You all know that y'all are like family to me and I love y'all as such. Fly High sweet Kathy. No more sickness.
