Grady Morris Floyd

Mr. Grady Morris Floyd, 88, of Winnsboro passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017.  Born in York, he was the son of the late Nondis LaVance and Doreas Woods Floyd. 

He is survived by his son, Grady LaVance Floyd; daughter, Wanda Gail Floyd; three sisters, Linda Branch, LaVonne King, and Dorothy Meching; three grandchildren, Dana Patricia Gaddy, Gregory Lynn Gaddy, Jr., and Grady Tyler Gaddy; and one great granddaughter, Mamie Grace Gaddy. 

In addition to his parents and first wife, Mamie Humphries Floyd, Grady is predeceased by his second wife, Marie Smith Rabon Floyd; and four brothers, Algie N. Floyd, N.L. Floyd, Maxie Floyd, and Darby Floyd. 

Funeral services with military honors will be held at 3:00 pm Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene conducted by Reverend Harry Varn.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the First Church of the Nazarene. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Winnsboro First Church of the Nazarene, 650 Ninth Street, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
