Grace Blair Frazier

Grace Blair Frazier, 87, of Blair, SC passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017.  Born in Fairfield County, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Scott and Grace Rabb Blair.  

Grace is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Scott Frazier Bell of Blair; Barri Frazier DuPre of Blythewood; brother, William Scott Blair, Jr.; three grandchildren, Bryan Walter Bell (Mary Alice), Frazier Blair Bell (Elizabeth), and Jonathan David DuPre (Dana); and three great grandchildren, twins Lucas Henry & Hunter David, and Giuliana Catherine; and many Blair and Frazier nieces and nephews.   

In addition to her parents and former husband, F. Marion Frazier, Grace is predeceased by two sisters, Emily Blair DeGeneres and Minnie Blair Carr; and one brother, Otis Lawrence Blair.  

Funeral services will be held on at 11:00 am Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Salem Presbyterian Church conducted by Reverend Richard Hodges.  The family will receive friends after the service in the church fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salem Presbyterian Church, 276 State Highway 215 North, Blair SC 29015, the DuPre-Prezioso Scholarship Fund with the SC Junior Golf Association, PO Box 286, Irmo, SC 29063, or a charity of your choice.

Grace loved the game of golf.  After learning the game from nephews, Erby and Barry George in the early 1960's.  She joined Fairfield Country Club and Columbia Country Club and won many golf tournaments and many friends as well.  Among them, Norma Grice had remained her best friend for over 50 years.

She was a lifelong member of Salem Presbyterian Church where she was active in her Circle’s Bible Study group and the Women of the Church activities.
