Douglas "Dale" Rhymer

Mr. Douglas "Dale" Rhymer, 72, of Winnsboro entered eternal rest on Sunday, September 25, 2016.  Born in Greenville on August 20, 1944, he was the son of the late Lewis D. and Ressie Howard Rhymer. 

Mr. Rhymer is survived by his daughter, Amy R. Stuck (David) of Blythewood; one brother, Lewis Waymon Rhymer of Gilbert; his aunt, Fannie Locklear of Winnsboro; and two grandsons, Carson and Miller. 

Graveside services with military honors from the United States Army will be held at 4:00 pm Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at First Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service at Pope Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Richard Winn Academy, PO Box 390, Winnsboro SC 29180.
