Blaine Riley

A Memorial service for Clement Blaine Riley, 58, of Columbia, will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at First United Methodist Church, 109 West College Street in Winnsboro conducted by Reverent Julie Belman.  The family will receive friends after the service in the church fellowship hall.  

Mr. Riley died on Friday, November 20, 2015.  Born in Walterboro, he was the son of the late John Jacob and Virginia Westbury Riley.  He was employed by South Carolina Electric and Gas Company for 37 years. 

Mr. Riley is survived by his wife of 36 years, Nancy Bynum Riley; two sons, John Riley and Matthew Riley; one daughter, Hilary Riley; three brothers, Keith Riley, Phil (Melissa) Smith, and Richard (Jane) Smith; and one sister, Cindy (Larry) Phinney.  

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Blaine’s memory to First United Methodist Church, 109 W. College Street, Winnsboro SC 29180.
