Avery Anderson

Funeral services for Arthur Avery Anderson, 61, will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, March 4, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Winnsboro conducted by Reverend Tim Anderson.  Burial will follow in Fairfield Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday evening, March 3, 2017 from 5-7 pm at First Baptist Church.

Mr. Anderson passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.  Born in Winnsboro, he was the son of the late Arthur Anderson and Nellie Branham Anderson.

Avery is survived by his wife of 37 years, Laura M. Anderson; son, Michael Avery Anderson (Shannon); daughter, Brittni Anderson Girard (Foster); mother, Nellie Branham Anderson; two sisters, Cathy A. Rice (Joel) and Wendy A. Hollis; four grandchildren, Emmi, Annie, Sadie Girard, and Baby Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 East Ohio Street, Suite 500 Chicago, Illinois 60611.
